8 years ago, I was stuck in the concrete jungle, constantly overwhelmed and running on autopilot. I knew there had to be more to life than just going through the motions, but I didn't know where to start. That's when I decided to take a leap of faith and leave behind the chaos and noise to reconnect with nature and myself.
I found my solace in the wilderness, and discovered a new way of living that I never knew existed. I started prioritizing my peace and mindfulness. I found that I was able to let go of the constant need to people please and show up for others. I was finally able to show up for myself and live my life with intention. I now help other women connect with nature and rediscover themselves, because let's be real, who doesn't need a good dose of 'me time' in nature every now and then?
